Insurance & Pricing:

• Launch Physical Therapy is offered as a cash-based service.  Patients may claim their treatment against their health insurance if out-of-network coverage is provided.

• Launch now offers a service called Reimbursify which allows us to check your insurance coverage and submit claims on your behalf.

• Pricing:

  • Initial Evaluation $250​

  • 30-Minute Follow-up - $110

  • 60-Minute Follow-up - $220

  • Remote visits are available with the addition of a travel fee to be set based on distance.
